Perfect Garland

I'm not a scrapbook paper buyer. I never know quite what kind to buy or what matches what and I'm too cheap to buy a whole set. Where was I going with this? Was I just randomly listing my faults? No. I was going to say that I would buy scrapbook paper for this garland.




I love garlands. Well I love other poeple's garlands. I can never really make them look right. They are either too small or too big or the colors are wrong. There I go listing my faults again. What? Oh she made one already? And she's selling it on etsy? Perfect.
