Tempt My Tummy Tuesdays - - Onion Oven Fried Chicken

(I know this picture isn't great but I'm still learning this photography stuff)

Onion Oven Fried Chicken

10 Chicken Breast Tenderlions
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 package onion soup mix
1 c. breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. Mix together onion soup mix and breadcrumbs. Dredge chicken first in butter and then into breadcrumb mixture.

When all the chicken has been coated take remaining butter and pour over chicken. Place chicken in oven for about 25-35 minutes or until juices run clear.

Please ensure that chicken is completely cooked through!!

For the picture above I actually didn't have any breadcrumbs I used stuffing mix and it tasted awesome!! I usually make stuffing for a side with this as well as a veggie.

OOh, this is really yummy with potatoes done the same way, too!! I usually grind up the bread crumbs really fine or I use dry stuffing mix! YUMMY stuff!
